管道液位信號器適用于工業(yè)過程中各種輸液管道中液位的檢測和控制，可對復(fù)雜管略的輸液過程，管路中的液位情況，管路中液體的波動狀態(tài)進(jìn)行自動化控制。管道液位信號器分水平和垂直兩種安裝形式。水平安裝式是由邏輯電路組成的二位式控制器．其切換值可在全量程內(nèi)任意設(shè)定。開關(guān)輸出信號表示液位到達(dá)設(shè)定點(diǎn)與否。二點(diǎn)切換位置的切換差同樣能在全量程內(nèi)調(diào)節(jié)。垂直安裝式是通過磁場一浮球機(jī)構(gòu)組成，在管道溢流時，既可直觀顯示，又可輸出報(bào)警信號。

Pipe level signal meters are suitable for the detecting and controlling of the liquid in pipes. Tht liquidtransmitting process,level and the wave state in complex pipes may be controlled automatically.They are divided into horizontal and vertical by installation method.Horizontal type is "2-psints"controller by logic circuit,the two points of level can be preset at while measure range.The difference between the two levels can be adjustde too.Theoutput signal repesent that the level comes to the preset or not.Vertical type pipelevel signal meter could been viewed and alarm immediately by magnet-float mechanism in overflow pipe.
